Paul Johnson, Sales Ops Executive
“Sales Ops can put your sales team performance on the fast track in so many ways.”
As your business grows and matures, you know how productivity flows from employing processes and procedures to gain efficiencies. The sales team can participate in these gains as well. By employing effective sales operations, managers will more easily hit their targets and be able to support corporate revenue objectives.
My name is Paul Johnson, and I’ve benefited from Sales Ops throughout most of my multi-decade sales career. I’ve been a Sales Operations consultant since 1998, putting together processes and procedures for companies like ADP, Nortel Networks, Akzo Nobel, Elekta, Sunbelt Marketing, Chromate Industrial, and AutoNation.
“Our people left here with everything they needed right under their arms.”
